I am a licensed therapist in Austin, Texas, offering compassionate, strengths-based therapy for individuals navigating identity development, relationship dynamics, and major life transitions, including reproductive experiences and parenthood. In my work, I integrate principles of healthy attachment, relational healing, and resilience-building to help clients shift perspectives, deepen insight, and reconnect with their inner strengths.
As a bilingual and bicultural therapist (Spanish and English), I bring an understanding of the complexity of navigating intersecting identities, cultural expectations, and evolving values. Many clients seek therapy during periods of transition—pregnancy, postpartum, fertility journeys, or other reproductive life stages—when identity, relationships, and emotional wellbeing can feel especially fragile. I provide a safe, reflective space to honor what has shaped you while supporting growth and self-discovery.
I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals through reproductive mental health concerns, identity shifts, and the emotional impact of caregiving roles. As our lives change, our needs, priorities, and self-concept evolve as well. Therapy can be a place to reassess what aligns with your current chapter, release outdated beliefs, and integrate new aspects of yourself with compassion and intention.
With a Master of Science in Social Work, I approach therapy through a lens that recognizes how systems, external stressors, and limited social support can significantly affect mental health. Many challenges are not individual failings but reflections of broader pressures, especially for women and caregivers. Seeking therapy is a meaningful step toward navigating life with greater clarity, support, and self-compassion.
Outside of my clinical work, I am a devoted parent to two young boys and enjoy running as a way to reconnect with myself. As both a therapist and a sole parent living in Austin, I understand the importance of authentic connection, balance, and flexibility. My lived experiences inform my therapeutic approach and reinforce my belief in self-acceptance, integration, and sustainable growth.
Through my work as a therapist, I have developed a deep appreciation for the transformative power of recognizing and amplifying individual strengths. When life feels overwhelming or clarity feels out of reach, I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to gain perspective, identify blind spots, and feel genuinely seen. Sometimes, having your experience validated is the first step toward meaningful change and my goal is for you to feel fully supported as you move forward.
