Taking the step to move forward with your mental health care can feel daunting and deeply personal. I want to first thank you for considering Reproductive Psychiatry & Counseling in Austin, Texas, and to reassure you that compassionate, effective care truly makes a difference. My goal is to help you find relief, restore balance, and improve your overall quality of life.

As a board-certified psychiatrist and native Austinite, I’m proud to serve my community by providing comprehensive psychiatric care for adults facing a wide range of challenges—including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, stress-related conditions, and life transitions. I also have a particular interest in women’s mental health and how hormonal and life-stage changes can affect mood and well-being.

My approach is collaborative and patient-centered. I take time to listen carefully, discuss all treatment options—including therapy, medication management, and lifestyle interventions—and ensure that every decision is made together. I believe that understanding your story and working as a team leads to the best outcomes.

I’m deeply grateful to every patient who allows me to be part of their journey. If you’re seeking a psychiatrist in Austin, TX, or looking for personalized, compassionate support for your mental health, I would be honored to help you take the next step toward feeling better.
