Need help with pregnancy?

Research shows that pregnancy is a time of increased risk for the development or worsening of mental illness, such as anxiety and depression, and between 30-50% of postpartum depression episodes actually start during pregnancy. Unfortunately, a child’s development in the womb is negatively impacted by mental illness symptoms that occur while an individual is pregnant.
